04The Pottery Template Bible — what it is and where it is sold
This single product accounts for the large majority of the payments we process. It is the same product in every market; only the language, the currency and the paper format change.
What the customer receives
- 100 printable templates in PDF, laid out for both A4 and US Letter
- 5 companion manuals: decorative techniques, glazes, engobes and oxides, glaze layering, and firing
- Lifetime access to the files purchased
How it is used
The customer downloads the files, prints the templates on ordinary paper, cuts them out and uses them as cutting guides on fresh clay. It replaces measuring and cutting shapes freehand, which is where most beginners lose a piece.
Nothing is manufactured, stocked or shipped. There is no physical kit, no clay and no tools in the purchase — only the printable files and the manuals.

06Delivery and shipping policy
Digital Knowledge LLC sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell, manufacture or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping costs, transit times, customs procedures or physical merchandise returns.
Digital delivery
- Delivery time: immediate. In most cases the files arrive within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Delivery method: email to the address given at checkout, containing the download links for every file included in the purchase.
- Guaranteed maximum: if a technical issue prevents delivery, we resolve it within 24 business hours of the customer's report.
- Shipping cost: US$0. Not applicable.
- Re-downloads: we resend the links at any time on request, for as long as the product exists.
Technical requirements
- An internet connection and a device with a web browser.
- A PDF reader for the manuals and the template sheets.
- A printer and paper. The templates are laid out for both A4 and US Letter; print at 100% scale, not "fit to page", so the measurements stay exact.
- A valid email address — it is the channel through which everything is delivered.
07Refund, cancellation and return policy
This is the current policy of Digital Knowledge LLC and it applies to every purchase made on any of our storefronts, without exception. The same 15-day term is stated on every country page, in that country's language, above the buy button.
Money-back guarantee, 15 days minimum
Every product sold by Digital Knowledge LLC carries a satisfaction guarantee of at least 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Some products carry longer: the Ceramic Glaze Bible is covered for 30 days. The term that applies is the one stated on the product's own page.
If within that period the customer decides the purchase is not right for them, we refund 100% of the amount paid, with no need to justify the reason and no questions asked. We do not ask the customer to delete or return the files.
After the 15-day period no refunds are issued, as these are digital contents with immediate access and permanent download.
How to request a refund
- Write to Ceramicanegocio@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase.
- Include the email used at checkout, the product name and the payment date. We require nothing else — no forms, no justification.
- We acknowledge the request within 24 business hours.
- We process the refund within 24 to 48 hours, to the original payment method.
- The time it then takes to appear on the statement depends on the customer's bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
None of our products is a subscription: there are no recurring charges, no auto-renewing memberships and no free trials that convert into a charge, so there is nothing a customer needs to cancel in order to avoid future billing. Every charge we process is a single, one-time payment authorised by the customer at checkout.
Physical product returns
Not applicable. Digital Knowledge LLC does not sell physical goods, so there are no merchandise returns, reverse logistics, return shipping fees or associated costs.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request where abuse of the guarantee system is detected: for example, repeated purchases of the same product with systematic refund requests, or redistribution of the content to third parties. In such cases we notify the customer in writing, with our reasoning and the evidence it is based on.

3. Products offered
Digital Knowledge LLC sells digital educational material on ceramics: printable template sets and instructional manuals, delivered as PDF files. No physical goods are manufactured, stocked or shipped, and no services beyond the delivery of those files and the customer support attached to them are provided.
4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the files are delivered immediately by email to the address given at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check their spam folder. Full details are set out under Delivery and shipping policy.
5. Price and payment
Published prices are for one-time payments. We do not sell subscriptions or auto-renewing products, and no charge is made that the customer has not expressly authorised. Payments are processed by secure PCI-DSS certified third-party payment platforms; this website does not store card data. Each storefront charges in its own currency, and the final amount is always shown before payment is confirmed.
6. Guarantee and refunds
All products carry a satisfaction guarantee of at least 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, with a 100% refund of the amount paid and no need to justify the reason. Some products carry a longer term, stated on their own page. The Refund, cancellation and return policy published on this page applies in full.
7. Intellectual property
All content sold — templates, text, images, recipes and downloadable materials — is the property of Digital Knowledge LLC or its licensors, and is granted to the customer under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence of use. Resale, redistribution, copying, publication or dissemination in whole or in part without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Pieces the customer makes using our templates may be sold freely; the files themselves may not.
8. Results and limitation of liability
Our content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Results depend on each customer's effort, practice, materials and equipment, and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome. Firing clay involves kilns and materials that must be handled according to the manufacturer's safety instructions; the customer is responsible for their own workshop safety. Our liability is limited in all cases to the amount actually paid by the customer.
9. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate information and a valid email address at the time of purchase.
- Be 18 years of age or older, or have the authorisation of a legal guardian.
- Use the material purchased in accordance with the law and with these Terms.
- Not share, resell or redistribute the files.
- Contact our support team before opening a dispute or chargeback with their bank.
10. Changes
Digital Knowledge LLC may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to each purchase is the one published on this page at the moment the purchase is made. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.
11. Governing law and contact
