Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026.
1. Data controller
Digital Knowledge LLC, a Limited Liability Company of the State of Florida (United States), registration L26000404408, EIN 42-4261255, with its business address at 1006 Bay Dr, Apt 328, Miami Beach, FL 33141, United States, trading as Cerámica Emprendedor. Data contact: Ceramicanegocio@gmail.com.
2. What data we process, why, and on what basis
- Name and email address — to process the purchase, deliver the files, issue the receipt and provide customer support. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Payment data — processed directly by our payment platforms, certified under PCI-DSS. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Country and billing data — to determine currency and applicable taxes and to meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Browsing and advertising data — cookies and third-party identifiers (for example, the Meta pixel) to measure campaign effectiveness and improve the site. Legal basis: user consent, withdrawable at any time.
- Marketing communications — news and offers sent to those who consent or who are already customers of similar products. Legal basis: consent or legitimate interest, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
We do not process special categories of data and we do not take automated decisions producing legal effects on individuals. Our products are not directed at under-18s and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. Who we share data with
Only with the providers necessary to deliver the service, acting as processors: the store platform, payment processors, email delivery providers and advertising platforms. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer it to third parties for purposes unrelated to our own activity.
4. International transfers
We are a US company and some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where data of residents of those territories is transferred, the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, on adequacy decisions, or on another valid mechanism under the GDPR.
5. Retention
We retain data for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the accounting and tax retention periods applicable in the United States. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted when consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent, by writing to Ceramicanegocio@gmail.com. We answer every request within 30 days. To unsubscribe from marketing messages, the link in each email is sufficient.
Residents of the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR): in addition to the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and equivalents): you have the right to know what data we process, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal data within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA.
Residents of Argentina (Law 25,326), Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil (LGPD), Japan (APPI), Israel, South Africa (POPIA) and Taiwan: the equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection under each country's legislation apply, exercisable through the same channel.
7. Cookies
We use first-party cookies necessary for the site and cart to function, and third-party cookies and identifiers for analytics and advertising. The latter are only activated with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time from the site's cookie settings or from your browser. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not prevent you from purchasing or receiving the files.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: encryption in transit (HTTPS) across the site, restricted access to order information, and PCI-DSS certified payment providers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
