Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 27 August 2026.

2. Acceptance

By making a purchase on any of our storefronts, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions together with the Refund Policy, the Delivery Policy and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement. We recommend reading them before completing an order. These terms are made available before purchase and remain permanently accessible on this site.

3. Capacity

To purchase you must be 18 or older, or have the authorisation of a legal guardian, and have legal capacity to contract.

4. Products

We sell downloadable digital content of an educational nature on ceramics: printable PDF template sets and technique manuals. No physical goods are delivered and no services are provided beyond delivery of the files and the associated customer support. Each product's description, included contents and images appear on its sales page and form part of the offer.

5. Price and payment

Published prices are for one-time payments, shown in the currency of each country storefront, inclusive of applicable taxes where the sales page so states. We do not sell subscriptions or auto-renewing products, and no charge is created that the customer has not expressly authorised.

The final amount, the currency and the detail of what is being purchased are always shown before payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms certified under the PCI-DSS standard; this site does not store full card numbers.

Promotions and promotional prices run for a limited time. Where a struck-through reference price is displayed, it corresponds to the previous price applied by us in accordance with the rules in force in the buyer's country.

6. Formation of the contract and delivery

The contract is formed when we confirm payment. From that moment the files are delivered immediately by email to the address given at checkout, in accordance with the Delivery Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check their spam folder.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

All products carry a commercial satisfaction guarantee of at least 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, with a 100% refund and no need to justify the reason. Some products carry a longer term, stated on their own page. This guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation available to the customer under the law of their country. The full regime, including statutory periods by jurisdiction, is set out in the Refund, cancellation and withdrawal policy.

8. Intellectual property and licence of use

All content sold — templates, text, images, recipes and downloadable materials — is the property of Digital Knowledge LLC or its licensors, and is granted to the customer under a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence of use.

Resale, redistribution, copying, publication, assignment or dissemination of the files in whole or in part without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Ceramic pieces the customer makes using our templates may be sold freely: the restriction covers the files, not the work made with them.

Breach entitles us to terminate access without refund, without prejudice to any legal action.

9. Results and limitation of liability

Our content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Results depend on each customer's effort, practice, materials and equipment, and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific artistic or commercial outcome.

Working with clay, glazes and kilns involves materials and equipment that must be handled according to the manufacturers' safety instructions and local regulations. The customer is responsible for the safety of their own workshop.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory conformity guarantees for digital content and, where applicable, the non-excludable consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

10. Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate information and a valid email address at the time of purchase.
  • Use the purchased material in accordance with the law and these Terms.
  • Not share, resell or redistribute the files.
  • Contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with their bank.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads continuously available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Where an interruption prevents delivery, the 24-business-hour resolution commitment in the Delivery Policy applies.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to each purchase is the one published at the time it is made. Changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

13. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of habitual residence, which apply in any event and whose courts have jurisdiction where that country's law so provides.
